Both joints are very economical and cooked as follows:
Shoulder and Belly
We will cut the size of joint required and score ready for the oven. Heat Oven to 210°C-Gas Mark 7 and cook for 20 minutes lower to 140°C-Gas Mark 2 and cook for 5 hours(depending on size). The meat will just fall off the bone!
